Hi Alan, I would like to say thank you for your support with my NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance. The assessment style allowed me to work at my own pace and fit in with my daily work and personal commitments. When I chose to do the AG5 module I appreciated your advice to also complete the AG6 module at the same time as this allowed me to cross reference my evidence and I could complete them both together. I was concerned when we began that I would not finish before my maternity leave in August but due to your flexibility I was able to complete the course very quickly which alleviated that concern. When I completed my first assessment I was very nervous but following your feedback and reassurance I found the following assessments were fine. Neil, I enjoyed your visits and found our discussions most enlightening as they provided a wider perspective as to what was happening with regard to assessment and verification in other organisations and I hope that TDR was able to contribute to the sharing of good practice which your visits were able to provide.
